Fire can burn your house down, or it can cook you dinner each night and keep you warm in the winter. Your mind is the same way.

I think we live in a time where we overthink and are overstimulated by social media. We go down a rabbit hole of thinking we don't have “enough” of this. Or we should be “here” by now. We're in this constant comparison mentality ruining our ability to enjoy life right before us beyond our little 6.12in screens.

I believe if you are going to scroll on social media, it should be entertaining, motivating, or informative. Even if someone is posting negative things or succeeding beyond anything and you feel like a failure compared to them. Take those thoughts and energy, and direct it somewhere that benefits YOU. Go to the gym, or go for a walk. Write in a journal or hell, since your phone is in your hands already, write in your notes. Whatever you do, stop those negative thoughts and convert them into something positive.

Showing houses one day, then headed to an interior design consultation with a client the next. If you had told me, I’d be here last year when I enrolled back in school for my interior design degree. I would not have believed you.

I'm always grateful for people's trust and support and, most of all, belief in me. You guys are the best, and therefore I give you my best!

Real estate and interior design are two of my favorite things.
