OHHHH MYYYY GODDDDD!!! This movie was beautiful. Keep reading from what I took away from it and what you can expect.

Movie: WONDER

A brief summary from IMDb: Based on the New York Times bestseller, WONDER tells the incredibly inspiring and heartwarming story of August Pullman, a boy with facial differences who enters fifth grade, attending a mainstream elementary school for the first time.

My review (maybe spoiler alert):

Well, I don’t care what anyone says, Auggie is effing adorable. You instantly fall in love with him, I personally love his little voice. Anyway, I thought the movie was amazing! It shows the reality of kids not knowing how to act around someone like Auggie with facial differences. I like how truthful it is, the raw emotion throughout the movie, I honestly had to hold back tears because I couldn’t imagine crying the whole freaking time. They did a great job adding good humor.

Things get a little tough for multiple characters but then that’s just the way it is sometimes in real life. Nothing is perfect and you never know what’s going on in someone else’s life. In the end, it gives you hope and closure to it all.

THE BAD

Well, unfortunately, there was something I didn’t like. I didn’t like that there wasn’t anything to dislike. I loved every minute of this movie.

Ultimately, Wonder will make you smile, it just brings so many emotions…my advice to you, keep a tissue box at hand.

That’s it, everyone, go watch it, I promise it’s good and let me know your thoughts.
