When decorating a neutral living room with a throw pillow, you can choose pillows in varying textures and patterns to add depth and visual interest to the space while still maintaining a cohesive color palette.

I opted for a solid deeper shade of brown to bring in-depth since I’m not too fond of patterns (personal choice).

For me, what I'd really like to accomplish this week is onboarding 2 new clients looking to buy, sell or invest in the Bay area or surrounding areas. I'd also like to revamp my website and give it a fresh look. Can I do it? Let's at least try.

Mamas, what do you do to keep your toddler enterta

Mamas, what do you do to keep your toddler entertained for more than 15 minutes? Lol.

Yesterday Greyson turned 18 months (1.5 years old) and I don’t know how to feel about it. He’s growing so fast but wow, this toddler stage is crazy! Lol.

This age is fun but also hard. it’s hard to finish one task without being interrupted a million times lol. The newborn stage was a piece of cake! Lol. It’s all new and exciting though and I truly try to cherish every minute of it. But seriously, send tips! Haha.

So far, what I do is, pull out a baking sheet and add water to it. He loves to play with that. Or I pull out cotton balls and he likes to scoop them into a bowl. Or we go outside and he plays at his water table. The only thing I’ve noticed is, all these things keep him entertained for like 5-10 mins but then he wants me to join and I’m over here trying to work. Haha. 😂

But anyways, send any tips or tricks you’ve found that help keep them entertained and encourage them to independently play.
