LISTING FEE 1.5%
How does this work? Get a little closer and I’ll tell you! So basically I, the listing agent am taking 1.5% of the sell and the buyer’s agent will get 2-2.5% of the sale. So seller aka you, will pay a total of 3.5% – 4% of the sales price. Trust me, if I bring the buyer then your fee as a seller will reduce even more but either way you’re going to save thousands of dollars.
Typically we agents charge 5-6% listing fee. If you were to call me today and sell in 30 days of less, you’d only pay 4% tops!!!
Lets do some simple math
Sales Price (other agents): $800,000 x 6% = 48,000
Sales Price (me): $800,000 x 4% = 32,000
That is $16,000 extra for you to either put down on another house you’re buying or take a vacay (call me) lol.
Bay Area Only…sort of
So this is obviously a really good deal so I can’t do it for every seller. This will be for bay area sellers and maybe some that aren’t too far from the area. So call me and we can discuss if you qualify for the 1.5%.
