Best months to sell your home

You know when everything aligns just perfectly, and you can’t help but smile about it? That’s basically what’s happening for sellers this Spring.

Buyers are out looking for homes enthusiastically with the knowledge that there has been an increase in housing inventory and interest rates are still fairly low compared to record highs in the past.

Listing your home in the Spring is the best because studies have shown 14x more property views, and the more people view your home, the higher the chances are someone will buy it. Simple.  

Is April the only good month? No. Actually March, April, and May are the top 3 months to sell your home. June, July and August are good too but not the top 3. Once September rolls around you can bet your home won’t be getting 14x more property views. It’s like people go into hibernation mode. I get it, when the weather changes I change too, I do a little less because I’m cold and eat a little more because I’m at home bored and cold. I’m going to attempt in not doing that this year haha.

So anyways, if you’re thinking of selling your home his year, the time is NOW. I hate saying s**t like that but it’s so true. I’ve had sellers come to me in November expecting Spring results which is nearly impossible. Don’t wait for ___________ (insert excuse here). Just throw on your Nike gear and do it.
