Home Buyers wish list change depending on what’s going on in the world. It’s no secret that people want to have more space in their homes to do things they usually wouldn’t do. I can personally attest that we wanted more space for our home office and workout when we started looking to buy. Our patio area is not the biggest, but it’s the perfect size for us to sit out and enjoy the fresh air (not recently with the fires).
Regardless, I think overall, it’s key to make our homes comfortable and a place we can not only relax but be efficient working.
Some Highlights
- The word “home” is taking on a whole new meaning this year, and buyers are starting to look for new features as they re-think their needs and what’s truly possible.
- From more outdoor space to virtual classrooms for their children, buyers have a growing list of what they’d like to see in their homes.
