I have come a long way when it comes to make-up. I have tried numerous products and I can finally say I’ve found a few I’m sticking with for a while.

MAC Pro Longwear Foundation

Not heavy at all, most MAC products are but this one is medium-ish coverage. I really liked and it’s priced pretty well.

Too Faced Born This Way Foundation

Ok, so I basically bought this just because of its name since it’s like the Lady Gaga song and I’m a huge fan lol. But turned out to be one of my favorites for a while. Great coverage and lasted a long time even after sweaty nights out at this 80s club.

Kat Von D Lock-It Foundation

So if you’re like me, not a huge makeup person, you don’t typically read reviews, you just buy shit for the name or the way it looks. Well, that’s what I USED to do. I bought this because it was cruelty-free and I like Kat Von D. I did not expect what was coming. FULL COVERAGE!! It hid my freckles if I applied more than a dot. So just keep that in mind. Unless you like that heavy full coverage then go right ahead!

NARS All Day Luminous Weightless Foundation

I used this for a long time as well. I loved it until winter when I got really pale and my makeup was too yellow. Other than that it was perfect and great coverage.

Fenty Beauty Pro Filt’r

Ok, I got this when it came out and I was surprised at how much I didn’t love it. I wanted to love it because, I mean, it’s Rhianna! But I wasn’t too pleased with the coverage. It worked ok but I wasn’t completely in love and once I finished it I started looking for something more.

DIOR Forever Perfect Foundation Board Spectrum SPF 35

FAVORITE!!!! I mean it even smells good. The minute I applied I knew it was love. It goes on my skin so smoothly. If I have to recommend any, it’s this one for sure!! It’s a little pricey but not to worry I got you covered. Lol

I mean half of a hundred dollars is a lot for foundation and I knew I wanted to make this last so I went out to Target. What I found was this little BB cream from Covergirl and I thought, ahh fuck it I’ll just buy this for the regular days that I’m not in the mood to wear my Dior.

You know what I mean though? You don’t need top of the line foundation everyday especially when you can find an alternative.

This little CoverGirl Clean Matte BB Cream is magic!

I thought for $6.00 what do I have to lose? I absolutely loved it! I actually use it every day and sometimes for special occasions because it gets the job done. If heavy makeup isn’t your thing and saving money is, then this is perfect for you. It lasts 16+ hours and looks fabulous.

That’s all I have to say and I want to clarify I am not a makeup genius, I really don’t know shit about it but I wanted to share my history and share what has worked for me.
